The new year is upon us which means a whole new year of goals, dreams and perhaps it’s finally the year you are going to flip your life around and start living a healthier lifestyle.
Here is a list to get motivated for a new year:

- Start training for Tough Mudder next year. It’s a great experience and a good excuse to get into shape.

- Don’t let yourself be easily influenced.
- Tell yourself stop coming up with excuses and SUCK IT UP.
