Get outside.

Sunlight is the secret to good health and the gatekeeper to our cellular processes. Ground yourself with nature daily by walking around barefoot. The Earth naturally balances you by absorbing all your negative energy back into the ground. Water is preferred if you need to release heavy emotions.

Move.

Movement, Intense or not, is especially compounded with sunlight is nature’s best medicine. It can solve many problems including energy, stress, and mood. Don’t underestimate the power of a simple walk!

Sage your phone.

Your electronics are the most energy draining things you own. Phones and social media are another reason why so many people are suffering from chronic mood disorders, and lack of focus.

Do energy work.

Meditation, acupuncture, reiki, qigong, light and sound therapy, grounding… it may all sound woohoo but there is a reason why energy healing has been around for so long and finally becoming more mainstream. We are 99.9% energy and 0.01% matter. If you know, you know!

Boundaries.

Set and honour healthy boundaries to ensure relationships are mutually respectful. Share each other’s boundaries. Honour them to prevent hurt, burnout, resentment, and overwhelm.
