I love love love fruit and I tend to eat it in dangerously massive quantities, especially in the summer when my three favorite fruits (watermelon, lychee and cherries) are in season. Unfortunately, fruit is full of sugar and even though it’s from a “real food,” sugar is sugar so it must be eaten in limited quantities.
