…I workout anyway.
As much as I fucking love fitness, there are days when I just DON’T want to workout at all. When I don’t feel like working out out, I try not to think too much of it or I will just start coming up with excuses and give myself further affirmation to not workout.
Don’t let your thoughts linger.
Don’t remind yourself how tired you are.
Finish whatever you have to do but just stop thinking…
and then just do it.
