I do NOT diet, count calories, watch my macros, nor do I beat myself up if I don’t workout daily. Eating well, cooking nutritious and delicious meals, and exercise is as second nature to me as brushing my teeth. How? I focussed on habits and lifestyle instead of outcomes. Wellness shouldn’t be hard!
