All About ko0ty

A girl who loves to reminisce. Craves for childhood. Misses the innocense. Enjoys the feeling of being carefree. Having no homework to be done gives you the feeling of being carefree. Literature 12 is an evil class. Cannot wait to graduate and get out there. Anticipating the future. Constantly stressed out. Taking naps afterschool is the best. Longs to be with my love everyday. Has the most caring and patient boyfriend in the world. Girls’ nights are the shit. Laughing till your tummy hurts is the shit. It also burns calories. Laughter is medicine. Dreams to be an art director or a graphic designer or something art & technology orientated. Artistically inclined. Wants to work in one of those pimp looking offices like you see in Chinese movies. Yearns to be a good writer like Doreen (lol). Keeps a secret offline and online journal no one knows about. Writing poetry gives a sense of serenity. Wishes I had more time to read. Have a list of 470 novels I’m planning to finish sometime in my life. Loves surprises and to be surprised. Seen all Jet Li movies and love him. Still wants to go horseback-riding with my love. Wants to gallop across an empty field or along the shoreline of a beach. Loves it when my other half tells me he loves me. Miss how it snowed in Saskatchewan. Miss building roofless igloos and digging tunnels through the snow in the frontyard with my sister when we were little. Insomniac. Worst procrasinator ever. Crazy perfectionist. Got mad at my boyfriend for wrinkling my paper on purpose today. Likes things being neat. Materialistic. CSI and The Apprentice are the best shows. CTRL+S every second everytime I’m typing something. Cannot live without the internet and photoshop. My computer has a virus. Thank God for Firefox. If I’m quiet it’s either I’m shy or I don’t like you. Enjoys cooking nights with the grade 8 girls. Also our countless dinners at White Spot and endless fries. I love food in general. Prank calls are fun. Still swears too much. Rita’s birthday party in grade seven (oh shit). Rita is my burnt toast. Obsessed with taking pictures. Have a collection with probably over 2000 pictures in the last 6 years. Still working on my scrapbook and is a year behind in pictures. Wants to buy new camera that I don’t have to share but keep on spending money on clothes. Currently going through a shoe-phase. Hates typing target=”_blank” everytime I link something here. Likes to read about wars and sad things like that. Likes movies which make you cry. I Am Sam made me cry the most. Listening to gossip is always interesting. Third-block spares are the shit. Craving for Dim Sum. My current bestfriend use to hate me when I first moved there because she though I liked this white guy she use to like. Although I don’t think we’ve ever gotten in a fight ever since we’ve known each other. Friendship is one mind in two bodies. Thinks this is the funniest shit ever. Didn’t expect anyone to read all this but if you did, props. Could go on and on…

Girls’ night tomorrow night? YAY. Lunch with breakfast food at White Spot on Wednesday with the old crew was great. Lots of laughs. Week went by fast.

Nevermind.

“The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it? A death. What’s that, a bonus? I think that lifecycle is supposed to be all backwards. You should die first, get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you’re too young, you get a gold watch, you go to work. You work a good fourty years until you’re young enough to enjoy retirement. You do drugs, alcohol, you party, and then you get ready for highschool. You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back to the womb, you spend your last nine months floating….you finish off as an orgasm.” —- George Carlin.

Childhood Memories

I don’t know why this just came into my mind, but I remember this one particular moment when my sister and I went back to Saskatchewan to visit shortly after moving to BC. When we were about 8 or 9, my cousin and I went to our grandparents’ neighbour’s house whom we admired (her name was “Liz” but we called her “Lee”) and gave her this letter opener I bought at Granville Island in Vancouver …just to try to get a peak inside her house (although we ended up not seeing much)!

I remember the giant apple tree in the backyard, and when my grandma would climb up there to pick apples (she was like a monkey! lol). Once she let a bunch of those Native kids from the neighbourhood climb up to pick apples while my cousins, my sister and I watched from the patio. I swear, there were like 30 Natives in the tree. It was so funny, especially when one of them fell down. Lmao. (I’m not trying to sound racist, but it was pretty amusing back then. I use to play with this First Nations girl who lived a couple houses down and shared ice cream with her. She taught me how to jump rope! And one of my good childhood friends was a Cree. ) There was also the giant oak tree in the frontyard, where we would throw things up there to try get it stuck in (sandals, giant paper airplanes, etc). Memories at my grandparents’ house are so pleasant and it makes me feel so happy when I think of them. My cousins are coming here this summer!

My 6th grade birthday party!

Spring formal on Friday! Also have huge Lit and Geo unit exams coming up. Fucking hell!

Added random album up at Captured. Gotta start taking more pictures this month!
