A 1 mile run to warm up, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats and a 1 mile run to finish it off.
Does that sound impossible? Well it’s not.
FITNESS IS ALL MENTAL.
You only THINK you can’t but everyone can, no matter how fit or unfit they are. If you push yourself, and you tell yourself you can, you can achieve anything. You may take longer or may need to do easier variations the first time around but you’ll do better the second… and the third… the most important thing is: YOU CAN DO IT.

1. Ask yourself: why are you doing this? To lose weight? To get stronger? To look hotter?
2. Then ask yourself: how bad do you want it? Really bad? Then…
- Push past the fatigue.
- Push past the pain.
- Remember: the pain is only temporary but the satisfaction of winning lasts forever.
Just don’t ever quit because only losers quit.

Excising is the hardest thing ever! need so much self motivation but you’re right, everyone can do it. We all just need to push ourself just that little bit further!

I agree… the hardest part for me use to be just going to the gym but once you get there, it just gets easier. If you’re already there, why not make the most of it? That’s how I think anyway.

It kills me when people make up excuses for not exercising & then complain about being fat. If someone wants something bad enough, they can get it. Otherwise it’s just not a priority.
