Last weekend’s ride around Vancouver:
Approximately 63km in about 3hrs (but the entire ride took us about 6 hours with our stops at the beach and for food). This route seemed a lot longer than last weekend’s yet it was about the same. I wanted to do a 70km ride but by the time we got back to Burnaby, I realized how tired I was so we just went home where I passed out in front of the AC, then woke up 3 hours later and went back to Richmond to stuff ourselves with late-night Chinese food (“da lang”).

Wow, that’s a really nice path!

Holy cow, you are a machine! Every entry has almost been related to fitness and health, and I think that’s really inspiring for us readers.
Keep it up!

Looks like such a gorgeous place to ride around. Is that the ocean or is it a lake? (trying to figure out from the map where that pic was) Bike riding with a bunch of friends sounds like such a fun time! Eating too!

wow – crazy path. Did you not get cramps after stopping for lunch? My friend did once time and had chipotle! He was crying all the way on the ride home! haha.
I do have a camera on my phone (the HTC EVO) but it’s still a hassle (haha) or maybe I just can’t take pictures properly all the dang time but I should make it a better habit. You will see more pictures on blog! haha.

No we didn’t get cramps this time although the ride we did the weekend before, I ate a hugeee poutine during a stop and kind of regretted it when I was riding up this huge hill on the way home. LOL.
I hate uploading pictures on this blog taken by my camera phone [only on my fitness journal]… has to be take by a real camera.
