- Rice cakes with a little bit of all-natural peanut butter spread on top (optional but also delicious are slices of bananas or raisins)
- Turkey and veggie wrap in whole-what tortilla (load up those veggies to make you feel fuller)
- Fresh fruit and veggies (full of fibre)
- Fruit salad (pre-make and put in fridge)
- All-natural peanut butter with celery/apples slices

- Trail mix with nuts, dried fruit and even low-sugar cereal
- Baked tortilla chips and salsa
- Low-fat string cheese
- Popcorn (Resist. The. Butter.)

- Sugar-free jello (god, I love jello)
- Edamame (buy frozen + microwave)
- Granola bars but read the nutrition label carefully
- Cottage cheese (high in protein and really good if you can get use to the texture) +
- fresh/frozen berries
- organic maple syrup
- jam (low sugar)
- tuna (can use as sandwich spread, cheese optional)

- Veggies + hummus
- Greek yogurt
- Protein muffins
- Lettuce wraps with a lean protein/veggies
- Dark chocolate (if you can resist temptations to not eat the entire bar at once)

You should treat some snacks such as the chocolate as rewards. Don’t let yourself have it unless you’ve worked for it.
Some of the ingredients are exactly the “healthiest” but everything is okay as long as you eat it in moderation. MODERATION!!!

Whoa! Those slices of green apple stacked with peanut butter looks pretty damn delicious. I’d eat it like a burger if I could lol.
Wonderful list btw. I’ll keep them in mind; you make me want to start working out and eat healthy.

Peanut butter sounds so good right now..
I really love snacking on cucumber slices.

I am OBSESSED with oatmeal right now. It is supposed to help with breast milk production too, so there’s an added bonus! But mostly I love the taste and that it’s so filling. Sometimes I just have it plain with a pinch of salt and it’s still delicious. Plus it helps me get the milk I need.
I’m not really a snack person so filling meals that keep me full between meals are essential.

Bookmarked! Such great ideas. Thanks Katy
Definitely agree with the sugar free jello and the fruit salad. Companies always add excessive sugar to their products, so the sugar free jello is perfect. It’s surprisingly filling and satisfying. Oh and it’s a great+fun way to get liquids in
And on the fruit salad, who doesn’t love fruit salad?
It’s also sooo good with honey drizzled on top. That goes on right before eating, because honey doesn’t store very well in the fridge after it’s dispensed.
