You are on the Elliptical and pondering if you should crank up the intensity because this workout is feeling easier than normal. Just do it.
You feel like your thighs are going to burn off but you have one more minute left in your intervals to go at it hard. You want to give up but just tell yourself to just do it.
Don’t give yourself time to contemplate, ponder or think. Just do it.
You have no reason not to.

Such simple, yet GREAT advice (and motivation)!!

You always make me feel horrible for not working out, lol. I should hire you to be my personal motivator or something.

I try not to stop and push myself and “dig deeper” lol when I feel the burn but most of the time, I end up falling in a heap on the floor. Or smacking a wall because I stopped and because the burn won’t go away.

Go the distance.

Stop being a vagina. LOL
