Got so much stuff yesterday when I was “forced” to go to the mall to run errands
and also in the mail. This doesn’t account for my “forced” shopping ventures on Wednesday and Thursdays too. I still have a couple packages waiting for me at Point Roberts but I’m too lazy to pick them up right now.

- When you find great staples, always stock up. I found these great tank tops that are great for layering and immediately stocked up on them because they were on-sale on the clearance rack (2/$30) and I was scared that I was going to lose them like I usually do with my staples (don’t ask).
- Got this really cute pink lacy tie that I’m dying to wear. It’d look great with Miss Tia’s lolita hat! I was trying to learn how to tie a tie yesterday from Youtube videos and eventually gave up. Who knew it could be so hard?
- I love my huge purple hobo bag (not pictured yet). I’m just disappointed because this one doesn’t have a divider and as many pockets as the other purple bag I was eyeing (but I didn’t like the shape of that one). I’ll have to get some bag organizers.
- Saw the SEXIEST pair of studded gladiator heels ever but they were 5″ high and I would’ve never worn them because I’m tall enough already.
- It’s spring and I’m still buying scarves… just can’t get enough of them.
- The Coastal Scents concealer palette is so awesome! Totally recommended.
- I bought my first maxi dress! I’ve been wanting to get one for so long.
- I went on another accessory splurge again on Wednesday. I need to buy more bangles and cocktail rings for summer because I usually don’t like wearing [chunky] necklaces on hot summer days.

Happy 22nd, N! Aw where's {link:http://merissa.vox.com/}Mer{/link}?

Great haul!
You are hot but you always look the least happy out of everyone in your photos! Smile, already!
Freaking love those sandals you have pictured. I was looking for a good pair of slip-on t-straps today but haven’t found the perfect pair yet.

Wow, look like you went on a shopping spree.
I like the heels, very pretty.
Coastal Scents concealer palette? Hmmm… maybe you should do a post on recommended make up so that make up noobs like me can benefit from it. I’m looking for a good pinkish blusher though, haven’t found my dream one yet.

I’ll have to do an update to the post though with some new HGs!
As for blushes, I’m a bronzer gal so I can’t recommend any pink blushes to you… but I do love peachy shades on Asian skin though.

It must be nice to always be able to go shopping! :-)
Don’t take offense to this, but I was just wondering if you have any friends who aren’t Asian?

I actually haven’t gone shopping in quite a while… need to start saving my money seriously. Living at home rent free isn’t good for me because I end up spending that money.
Lol don’t worry I don’t get offended that easily.
I do have friends of all ethnicities but most of my friends in general are Asian… there are A LOT of Asian people in Vancouver so I guess we kinda just stick within our own circle.
It’s funny because I grew up in Saskatchewan where the majority of the kids in my school were Caucasian but my best friends were Asian (one Cambodian, one Chinese) and a First Nation.

Yeah for shopping! Now I don’t feel so guilty for the shopping I did today. I’m totally eyeing those purple sandal on the left. I was looking at shoes similar to those today but they were all out of my price range. I love that style though!

Wow, that’s a lot of stuff. Neckties aren’t too hard — getting someone to show you in person is probably easiest. On a side note, I’m rather surprised with the amount of male adults out there who STILL haven’t learned to tie one.

I totally agree with stocking up on staples…and especially the tanks! I LOVE layering! And, every time I go out, I tend to grab 1 or 2 more tanks. They’re perfect. You can never have enough.
Oh, and gladiator heels? I NEED A PAIR!!!! I think they’re absolutely AMAZING, but I’m too scared to invest. I don’t think I could pull off the look. So, I guess I’ll continue admiring from afar. You should totally get some so I can sit back and live vicariously!!!
