2008 Blog Memories
I know I should be writing about my actual 2008 memories and not my blog memories but I’m sure no one cares about my personal life anyway.
I made 11 New Years resolution for 2008 and I’m proud to say that I kept 7 of them!! Can you guess which ones?
Other commitments I tried to make this past year was to watch and learn football and also learn how to golf but they never happened. You would think working on Madden NFL 08 for 9 months, a slight interest in football would spark up but to Boyfriend’s disappointment, that never happened— not even a tiny bit. Now let’s see what I can say about soccer next year.
My favorite blog moments/memories of 2008 and ones that selected readers thought were their favorite:

hey 7 out of 11 resolutions is awesome. its funny that you mentioned watch/learn football because that was one of my actual 2008 memories (i actually wrote it in my blog) but after like three seasons of my local football team and countless nudges to my friend to ask whats going on…i think i FINALLY get it. =P
hope you had fun on your trip.

Aw, I love football! Fave sport to play (well, co-ed flag version) and watch. Andy and I got into golf this past year too, and that’s quite fun. But I MUST be fed and not too hot when I play, or else I’m terrible AND whiny… We learned that one the hard one.

I have never been much of a resolution person. I love goals though — seems like I’m making new ones pretty much every week. The problem, of course, comes with the whole following through part (laugh).
With that said, happy new years!
I’m going to go read some of your old blog posts now

Hey, Happy New Year and thanks for your card! Muffin was totally surprised. “A card from Canada?” But I was super happy! Thanks again, the card looks awesome.
Good luck with your new resolutions, you seem to do pretty well though!

Happy New Year, Katy!
I think keeping more than half of the resolutions is great. I never got into watching sports until friends started asking if they could come over to my place and watch game after game. I didn’t enjoy it in the beginning but I learned by watching and I suppose that our teams winning championships also helped me stay interested.

2008 wasn’t a year that most were proud of for some reason. Although I’ve noticed the trend of optimism for 2009. I’m with the optimistic crowd and think that it’s gonna be an exceptional year. I hope the best for you and your future wishes. Happy New Year!
