Friday’s Feast #22
It seems like Friday’s Feast hasn’t been updated since July 11th but I’m going to do it anyway since I haven’t done it for a while.
Appetizer

It depends what I’m using it for. For example, when I cook eggs for breakfast, I still prefer margarine or vegetable oil… I actually HATE the taste of olives so unless the food totally hides the taste of it, I won’t use it.

If you could learn another language, which one would you pick, and why?
I need to learn Vietnamese because boyfriend’s family keeps on pushing me to learn but I swear I’m a hopeless case. Of these 5 years I’ve known Boyfriend, all I know how to say is “go home“, “eat dinner“, “noodles“, and “pussy-face“.

…sitting in front of my Mac and filling another one of these things out. Seriously, I don’t know anymore what I’ll be doing in 5 years. Interests are changing… maybe I’ll be a hair stylist, a student (again) or a stay-at-home housewife while Boyfriend is making his millions (hah I wish).
Anyway, I went to the mall during lunch today to try on some UGG Cardy’s so I can buy them online and ended up with a bunch of golf balls for Boyfriend, a black cardigan, a dress, Osis Dust It (recommended by L*) and Twilight by Stephenie Meyer (finally)! I didn’t buy the rest of the books in the series though just in case I don’t like it… which I highly doubt. This was my first time walking out of Chapters with less than 5 new books… t’was a very sad day indeed. 
And boot season is coming!!! I need a pair of brown leather flats, gray suede, knee-high flats (like Serena pictured below), black boots with a kitten heel (or <1 inch heel) like the one I purchased last winter which is totally getting worn out because I use to wear them everyday. The good thing about being “tall” is that I don’t have to worry about killing myself in 4 inch heels.
I’ll finally be going home tonight so maybe I’ll update CollectiveHaus and my version of WordPress on this blog. I’ve been too lazy to drive the 20 minutes home from work this week that I’ve been staying at Boyfriend’s which is a 3 minute drive away.

Not when all your friends are like under 5’3 and your BF is the same height as you. I wear heels to work though and occasionally when I’m going somewhere alone.

I was in Waterstones today and saw that series of Stephanie Meyer books..I’m not normally into horror books, so what are hers like? There are so many books I’m after at the minute it’s crazy. Can’t wait to see the update on CollectiveHaus, I love it.

Her books aren’t really horror novels, I would say they are romance novels mixed in with sci-fi/fantasy… they’re great if your into romances which I’m not but I only read it for the sci-fi/fantasy aspect of it.

I saw boots extremely similar to the ones Serena is wearing in DSW. I was going to buy them (they were about $101), but when I attempted to try them on, they couldn’t get over my calfs. Needless to say, I was completely bummed out. They had them in grey, black and brown suede, and at the time, I was in need of knee high boots.
I have the whole Twilight series. Put it this way – my two best friends who hate reading are now hooked. I don’t think there’ll be a problem with you liking them, considering you read so much.

heyy, i have those boots that girls wearing in her photo… well, I HAD.. I bought them at spring for 79.99 and i didnt have anything to match em with… so i returned it and got a similar one in leather… geez, what a coincidence… i just returned them today.. oh they flop out and look like peter pan shoes… lol lol lol but they are cute…

What!! You can match it with so much stuff… but nevertheless I’m gonna get a pair anyway.. I think I saw a pair at Spring too last time I went to the mall but I didn’t buy any boots that day.

Those boots are sexy. I love boots, well I love shoes in general, you should see my collection :p I’m 5’2 so I enjoy the boosted height I get from shoes lol. I havent read twilight yet, although I am intrigued by the previews for the movie, so I actually want to go out and get the book also so I can read it beforehand. Let me know how it is so far! :]

Your the complete opposite of me… my friends are all short and my BF is the same height as me so I’m not into buying shoes unless they’re flats. I’m glad though because I’m sure that saved me thousands of dollars… I can spend on that on jeans instead. LOL.
I’ll write a short review of Twilight in my next post.

I have all 4 Twilight ebooks! I actually wanted to get Eclipse yesterday cos I was heading to a Coffee Bean to wait for friends and I needed something to do, but I got David Sedaris’ Naked instead.
AND OMG, those over the knee tall boots. I found one on ebay.ph IN RED. I want one in gray

I didn’t use it when I went clubbing last night just in case it didn’t hold my hair up…. I gave some for Nat to use though except I forgot to ask if her hair stayed up all night! Anyway, I emailed you my address… have fun with the iPod Touch!

i just picked up twilight myself. i’m about 200 pages into it – interesting.
i’m not sure how i like how stephanie meyer plays the main character (bella)…but the main male character is definitely sexy.
