Let’s Talk Extreme!

Would you change the color of your eyes?

If you have a medical condition (eg. albinism) then you may have an excuse to get this done, but for those who will do this for looks… no offense but are you crazy?! I won’t judge anyone for getting breast implants or a nose job, but messing around with your vision for aesthetics is another thing. If anyone I know does it, I’ll talk shit about them until they go blind just for being an idiot. ;) Besides, it doesn’t even look natural.

But on the other hand, this company supports prevention of blindness and gives an advantage to those suffering from various diseases/problems which I support 100%. Check out their FAQ for more info.

Super Cheal Mini-Haul

Today's Buys

  1. Makeup Palette (eyeshadows, highlighters, liners, blush)
  2. Retractable Kabuki
  3. Superfine Eyeliner Brush
  4. Facial Cleanser Brush

88 Piece Makeup PaletteSo I was going to purchase this palette pictured on the left except it’s seriously sold out everywhere and I didn’t want to wait so I got the 78-piece for now (will get the other one later in the summer); I figured I wouldn’t need 28 more shades of eye shadows since I use my MAC eye shadows most of the time and I was going to buy the 8-piece bright blush palette anyway. :P I also got some brushes… and a facial cleanser brush?! Never used one of those before so thought I’d try it. :D Total cost? $33.38 before shipping. :cheer:

Instant Eye-Shadow

Instant Make Up

Instant Eye Shadow has been around for a couple of years now but I just stumbled on it a couple weeks ago while browsing a forum. If you’re lazy and don’t have time to apply eye shadow every morning (face it, beautifully blended eyes takes times), these easy stick-on eye shadows are for you.

Companies that sell it:

Ladies, what do you think of these? I’m usually lazy and usually don’t have time to apply eye shadow every morning (thus watching all my MAC palettes go to waste) but I think these stick-ons are a bit pricey and wasteful. The colors are beautiful and they seem pretty pigmented but I wonder how the staying power is, even WITH primer? you know how pictures can be Photoshopped to look better than they really are. Also, I don’t think they would work on Asian eyelids because our eyelid area is usually smaller than other ethnicities so the shadow could end up past our brows. Hah.

Instant Make Up

Personally, I think choosing your own colors and blending eye shadow is the fun part so I won’t be buying these anytime soon— unless someone is nice enough to send me a sample to convince me otherwise. Hehe kidding.
